feat: add Dolphin Wii certs, fMSX GameMaster ROMs

Wii SSL certs (clientca/clientcakey/rootca.pem) from archived
Nintendo HTTPS certs. SYSCONF and setting.txt generated with
correct format. Konami GameMaster 1+2 cartridge ROMs for fMSX.
