feat: add Xbox BIOS variants and PC-98 sasi.rom

Browse Source 
8 Xbox BIOS variants (mcpx-1.1, xbox-3944 through 5838)
from Myrient MAME bios-devices. PC-98 SASI controller ROM
for NP2kai/nekop2. Cross-reference: 146 true missing.
