Subject: [PATCH] fix: keep sonic3-air notes to the engine's code

The three data package notes cited Batocera's sonic3-air.mk:40, a
package recipe outside the declared repository, so profile_sync
reported it absent for good. The engine data note now cites
EngineMain.cpp by its full path.
