fix: name the flash ROMs platforms give xemu

RetroDECK, ROCKNIX and EmuDeck write Complex.bin or Complex_4627v1.03.bin into xemu's flash ROM path, and Batocera points chihiro at cerbios.bin. They are aliases of Complex_4627.bin.

the xemu.toml it prepares. ROCKNIX ships an xemu.toml whose
flashrom_path is bios/xemu/bios/Complex_4627v1.03.bin. Batocera writes
bios/cerbios.bin into flashrom_path for its chihiro system and
bios/Complex_4627.bin for xbox. EmuDeck writes
bios/Complex_4627v1.03.bin into flashrom_path.
