Subject: [PATCH] chore: move oberon to 5be71d8 with full ref paths

Disk images now open through the frontend VFS (Libretro/libretro.c:149-162, src/disk.c:13-65). No system file. core_version is the pin's commit date, the source carries only the git rev.
