feat: add name aliases for bizhawk platform resolution

Copy existing BIOS files under BizHawk-expected names:
MCD_eu_100.bin, MCD_jp_100p.bin, PSX_DTLH2000.bin,
MSX_4000bios.rom, MSX_8020-20bios.rom.
