feat: re-profile 40 emulators from fbalpha2012 to holani

Browse Source 
batch re-profiled beetle, holani, kronos, mame variants, mednafen
cores with upstream verification. beetle_pce, mame, mame2010 excluded
(regressions detected, need manual review).
