Abdessamad Derraz 09eb7099fb fix: state the arcade versions their code reads 
core_version is read at each pin where version_basis says. MAME 2014,
2015, MESS 2015 and CDi 2015 state 0.159 in src/version.c (the libretro
wrapper reports 0.160), MAME/MESS sits on the 0.289 makefile of its pin,
FinalBurn Neo states 1.0.0.03 in src/burn/version.h, FB Alpha 2012 and
its CPS-3 build 0.2.97.30. mame_version of MAME 2014 and 2015 follows,
as MESS 2015 and UME 2015 already said.

Abdessamad Derraz ee2332b799 chore: advance 44 profiles that cite no source 
Held back by the skip until now. Each libretro core is built by the
buildbot from its default branch.

Abdessamad Derraz d2adde9846 feat: update 47 emulator profiles with core_classification and fixes 
add core_classification, cores, upstream fields. fix false aliases
(fixnes, fsuae, gearboy, higan_sfc, higan_sfc_balanced, potator,
quicknes). add new profiles (fbneo_neogeo, flycast_gles2,
genesis_plus_gx_wide). remove verbose notes and disclaimers.

Abdessamad Derraz 58f3006d20 docs: add core_version, display_name to all 260 emulator profiles 
Every profile now has:
- profiled_date: date of source code analysis
- core_version: version from libretro-core-info .info files
- display_name: human-readable name from .info files

260/260 profiles complete. 294/294 libretro cores covered.
Standalone emulators (cemu, rpcs3, xemu, vita3k) versioned manually.

Abdessamad Derraz d929424988 feat: add profiled_date to all YAMLs, create 56 alias profiles 
- Added profiled_date field to all 204 existing profiles for update tracking
- Created 56 alias profiles for cores that share BIOS with a parent
  (e.g., mednafen_psx -> beetle_psx, fbalpha2012 -> fbneo)

260 total profiles covering all 294 libretro cores (204 unique + 56 alias).

Abdessamad Derraz 60d9d38d69 feat: complete emulator profiling, 81 engines (final batch) 
mame2003_plus (16 BIOS ZIPs, MAME 0.78 naming), mame2010 (51 ZIPs),
mame2016 (37 ZIPs incl Lindbergh), hbmame (MAME 0.220, no custom BIOS),
tyrquake (no BIOS), cannonball (29 OutRun ROMs with CRC32),
uzem (open source, no BIOS), vecx (ROM embedded), emuscv (UPD7801G),
b2 (BBC Micro standalone, ROMs bundled)

81 total emulator profiles covering all libretro cores with firmware.
Cross-reference: 731 undeclared files, 186 already in repo.
