Lakka builds LIBRETRO_CORES minus the exclusions each project, device
and GLES image adds. Without a list, --target refused Lakka and its RPi1
pack carried firmware for cores the image does not build.
The cited blocks moved by seven lines and their bodies changed only
where bfunction gave way to std::function: {&DSP1::read, &dsp1} is now
memfn(&DSP1::read, &dsp1). Which ROM is loaded, under what name, size
and hash, is untouched. Diff read before the recale.
