Abdessamad Derraz d3fe3a4f0c chore: hold five pins on the build they ship 
chocolate-doom, supertuxkart and fheroes2 run only on EmuELEC, piemu only
on AmberELEC, alephone only on RetroPie. Each of those builds a fixed
revision (package.mk PKG_VERSION, or the release-20250829 tag), so the
pin stays on it and profile_sync judges the profile against itself.
