verify --platform printed N optional core files and N game data files
missing and named none, even with --verbose. --verbose now lists them as
MISSING (optional) and MISSING (game data), and without it the count line
says --verbose lists them, as the line about cores with no external file
already did.
The mode and flag matrix only tests refusals, so a flag verify
accepted and ignored, --verbose under --json, passed it. Each mode is
now checked to change its output when that flag is given.
