Platform pages link each reader's source line at its pinned revision, name the collection file that serves each entry, show launcher records with their lines, name systems with the id beside them and the list they were read from in words. The largest system lists move to pages of their own so a platform page stays under 500 KB.
Gaps: plain numbers with a bar, a badge only for missing required firmware, Files to source as a heading. Cross-reference: counts per platform, one page per platform, one row per upstream project. Exports: gaps listed once, status, category and the serving file in the CSVs and SQLite, the commit in each API envelope, the provenance Wanted list as CSV. Catalog dates in words on the provenance page.
parse_repo knows only the forges profile_sync fetches from, so the eduke32,
fury, dgen, skyline and splitwolf pages showed no pinned revision and
their citations stayed plain code. The pages now build commit and file
links for voidpoint.io, Bitbucket, SourceForge and Software Heritage.
The role a part writes (source or upstream) was kept per path, first
met first kept, so a later part naming the other role was read in the
other repository. In prose the word source made a citation external
and the word upstream was dropped. The role now travels on each part.
A libretro port carries the emulator's own sources beside its glue: pcem cites src/mem.c in the port, which is PCem's code. A citation in the port is labelled libretro glue when it is one of the libretro interface files, emulator code otherwise, and upstream emulator when it is in the original repository.
The site linked prose citations through profile_sync, which made the site build depend on the checker. The prose runs and their patterns move to sourceref, the grammar module both read, and profile_sync re-exports them.
A profile that reads a libretro core and the original emulator cited both trees alike, and readers could not tell whether the core or the emulator asked for a file. A cited path now opens with source or upstream, the repository its lines are in. Emulator code a port carries is attributed upstream when the original holds the same value on the cited line.
profile_sync --attribute-refs writes the words from where the lines are found and follows a word already written. The site links each citation to that repository's pin, labels it libretro core or upstream emulator, and says on each file card whose code asks for it. A recale keeps the word, and mame_ref_audit reads the tree it names.
Notes, file notes and platform details carried file:line citations as plain text although profile_sync keeps each on the profile's pin. A citation now links when the profile reads one repository and the path is rooted or already used by a structured source_ref. Platform detail source_refs go through the same renderer as file cards.
The site imported two parsing functions from profile_sync, so every change to the comparison tool redeployed an unchanged site. The grammar now lives in sourceref.py.
Three groups leave generate_site.py: the write-and-sweep bookkeeping the
whole build shares, the pinned permalinks into cited sources, and the
small renderings every page uses. Each sits below what calls it, so the
page generators stay the only composite layer.
Verified against the previous revision on frozen inputs: 571 artefacts
identical, and the rendered site still resolves all local links across
511 pages.
