Batocera: fix sc3000.rom md5 (no dump matches upstream hash), remove erroneous bk0010.zip mame entries (upstream confirmed mame needs no bios for bk), add PSP2UPDAT.PUP correct version. Scrapers for RetroArch, Batocera, Recalbox, and libretro core-info. Platform-aware verification replicating native logic per platform. Pack generation with dedup, alias resolution, variant support.
