Abdessamad Derraz 69dc4f8077 fix: state alias, test and game versions from code 
An alias carries the version of the profile it aliases (version_basis
kind alias): mednafen_saturn and mednafen_vb read v1.32.1 and v1.31.0,
the mupen64plus_next builds 2.6.0, flycast_gles2 the flycast tag form.
The libretro-samples test cores without a pin take the commit their
profiled_date names and read library_version there.

Abdessamad Derraz 4da8eaa0b1 feat: declare the upstream names of 26 profiles 
Each name is attested by a buildbot .info file, a hardware target core
list or an ES-DE find rule. Two of them resolved to no profile at all:
dosbox_staging, declared by Batocera on three targets, and
freeintvtsoverlay, shipped as FreeIntvTSOverlay_libretro.info.

vba_m keeps no cores list: no upstream calls it that. It is a legacy key
folded into vbam, which already carries the buildbot name vba-m.

Abdessamad Derraz 69987cc0bb feat: re-profile 30 emulators, beetle to parallel_n64 
source-verified: mesen FdsBios.bin→alias, MesenDB.txt phantom (embedded).
mupen64plus 64DD_IPL.bin→IPL.n64 (code path fix). neocd 000-lo.lo/ng-lo.rom
phantoms (algorithmically generated). new profiles: mesen-s, mupen64plus
next develop/gles2/gles3. regenerate database.
