Abdessamad Derraz 6280f4c370 feat: read recalbox's cores from its system files 
es_bios.xml names only the cores that need a BIOS, so a hand-kept
registry list stood in, with mame and mamemess that Recalbox does not
ship and without vice, ymir, vircon32 and others it does. The scraper
now reads each system.ini of recalbox-romfs2 at the scraped tag, and
the registry list is gone.

Abdessamad Derraz decd70b19e feat: pack every core batocera offers in es 
Batocera's cores were read from configgen-defaults.yml, one per system,
and a hand-kept registry list overrode even that; DOSBox Staging,
melonDS DS and nine other cores a user can pick in ES were outside the
pack, while mamemess, which Batocera does not ship, was in. The
scraper now reads es_systems.yml, the registry list is gone, and the
target scraper names standalone emulators (amiberry, fsuae, vice)
instead of only the machines listed under them.

Abdessamad Derraz 597a8ff919 fix: quote rom and core names in yaml 
YAML 1.1 reads an unquoted 01 as the integer 1 and 81 as 81, so the
manager set stopped naming the file its driver opens and the API
published "cores": [2048] as a number where consumers match strings.

Ground truth from MAME 0.289 at the revision the profile cites:
src/mame/vtech/crvision.cpp:957 loads "01" and "23".

The root cause was the scraper: _hash_merge wrote these names through an
f-string, so quoting the profiles alone would be undone on the next
refresh. _yaml_scalar now quotes every name, archive and description it
writes.

Abdessamad Derraz e90095abd9 fix: resolve bios case collisions 
Delete duplicate lowercase variants (identical MD5) of 12 files
that prevented clean checkout on case-insensitive filesystems
(Windows, macOS).

Canonical chosen per upstream source code:
- Atari 2600 KV*.WAV: uppercase (stella2023 hardcode)
- Vectrex VEC_Minestorm.vec: lowercase (BizHawk hardcode)
- MSX MSX{,2,2EXT}.ROM: uppercase (fMSX hardcode, 6/7 platforms)
- Doom DOOM2.WAD: uppercase (matches dir convention)

Add aliases to stella2014 and clk profiles so resolution still
finds the canonical source. Correct retrodeck Vectrex casing to
match upstream. Merge Commodore/Vic-20 into VIC-20.

Add tests/test_no_case_collisions.py as a CI guard.

Takiiiiiii 7da8d2f777 Add MiSTer FPGA as a supported platform 
Adds platforms/misterfpga.yml mapping 17 MiSTer cores (31 BIOS files)
to canonical retrobios entries by MD5, sourced from the live
ajgowans/BiosDB_MiSTer community database.

Abdessamad Derraz 9ce4724fc4 fix: sha1-based large file restore, fix broken data dir urls 
Replace grep-based restore with SHA1 matching via database.json.
The old grep heuristic failed for assets with renamed basenames
(dsi_nand_batocera42.bin) or special characters (MAME dots vs
spaces), and only restored to the first .gitignore match when
multiple paths shared a basename.

Fix 3 broken data directory sources:
- opentyrian: buildbot URL 404, use release asset
- syobonaction: invalid git_subtree URL, use GitHub archive
- stonesoup: same fix, adds 532 game data files

Abdessamad Derraz 5eeaf87a3a fix: resolve all untested and missing bios across platforms 
Batocera: fix sc3000.rom md5 (no dump matches upstream hash),
remove erroneous bk0010.zip mame entries (upstream confirmed
mame needs no bios for bk), add PSP2UPDAT.PUP correct version.
Recalbox: add MSX2R2.ROM from blueMSX v2.82.
RetroDECK: fix stale peribox_ev/gen.zip md5 hashes.

Regenerate database, manifests, readme.
