fix: untag brd.rom, chosen by content, not region
...
ep128emu loads brd.rom when the content name carries the TOSEC tag
[req brd-rom], whatever the user's country, as it loads hun.rom for
[req zrom]. The Germany region on brd.rom described a territory
choice the code never makes.

feat: re-profile 14 emulators, add dosbox and ep128emu_core
...
batch re-profiled dosbox_pure through fbalpha2012_cps1 with upstream
verification. new profiles: dosbox, ep128emu_core. regenerate database.
