Abdessamad Derraz	53a1c6e0d8	fix: reprofile j2me-loader at 752b93a The native build split into m3g/ and micro3d/ makefiles, micro3d moved to ru.woesss.j2me.micro3d, c++_shared now loads ahead of every native module and MIDI can play through a user sound bank (EAS or TinySoundFont). appcenter.cer is no longer read.
