Abdessamad Derraz 37a5bd05ff docs: state .info facts in profile notes 
Ten notes and comments called .info entries phantom, misleading or
incorrectly written. They now say what the .info declares and what
the code reads, and a prose test refuses those verdicts in profiles.

Abdessamad Derraz 4231902a6c docs: write prose without dashes or semicolons 
Profiles, the wiki, comments, docstrings, command output and schema descriptions carried em-dashes, clause-joining semicolons, unicode arrows, box-drawing banners and check-mark glyphs. Each sentence was rewritten rather than having its character swapped. Hashes, paths, source_ref values and every cited file:line are unchanged, which a comparison of each parsed profile against the previous revision confirms.

validate_pr comments now say PASS and FAIL in words, and source_ref values in a profile's structured blocks render as code. test_prose_style fails if any of these comes back, in tracked files or in the generated site.

Abdessamad Derraz e13e8734b9 chore: standardize notes: to note: in file entries 
240 file-level entries used notes: instead of the canonical note:
field. verify.py and cross_reference.py only read note:, so these
were silently ignored.

Abdessamad Derraz 3f676b75e8 feat: standalone emulator support for batocera and multi-platform name mapping 
resolve_platform_cores() builds reverse index from profile cores: field,
fixing 17 name mismatches across Batocera, RetroBat, and Recalbox
(genesisplusgx, pce_fast, pcfx, vb, mame078plus, vice cores, etc.).

standalone_path field on file entries + standalone_cores on platform
YAMLs enable mode-aware pack generation. find_undeclared_files() uses
standalone_path for cores the platform runs standalone, filters by
mode: libretro/standalone per file.

batocera.yml gains standalone_cores (92 entries from configgen-defaults).
generate_readme.py dynamically lists platforms from registry.
3 profiles updated for standalone type/path (mame, hatari, mupen64plus_next).
78 E2E tests pass, pipeline verified.
