Five tabs from Start here to Contribute, a level on every page, a device picker on Get your files that lists every registered platform, and platform pages that open on where the files go, the command, the pack and how to check. FAQ and troubleshooting keep the questions asked before installing, the technical ones move to their own page, and getting started points to the pages that took its content.
RetroArch defaults system_directory to :\system, the folder of retroarch.exe (platform_win32.c), for the installer as for the portable archive. %APPDATA%\RetroArch holds only a fallback retroarch.cfg.
The Batocera example is dated and carries the Not installable line and the closing list of files the collection does not hold, which every Batocera run prints. Disk sizes are no longer hand-kept: the run prints its size. The no-platform case describes the menu install.sh makes possible by handing over the terminal.
The quick install block gains the PowerShell form that passes options and a link to the installer page. The collection size uses the GB format of the download table and the site, counts get separators, and the sentences about RetroArch's existence check and the method describe the code instead of judging documentation.
Bios::Scan takes Zip::Md5Composite for every .zip (Bios.cpp:64-68). The resolver already honoured zip_digest: composite, but digest_verdict accepted the container's own md5 first, so the pack check passed bytes Recalbox marks red. The page described that order.
No platform YAML holds an md5 shorter than 32 characters: the Batocera scraper completes one when a single collection md5 starts with it. The pages said some entries carry 29 characters and that scrapers store them as-is.
check_release_assets.py built a tuple[..., int | None] alias at import, a TypeError on the 3.9 floor tools.md states, and check_release.py imports it. A test reads every script for unions and match statements evaluated at runtime.
