RetroPie installs the Raspberry Pi build coolcv_pi from its own archive (coolcv.tar.gz, sha1 ac7f040106411a406de8a3cc66115e11cc778de4), an unstripped ARM ELF (sha1 4ddb4ff9c2b6375c6dbeb8a29ebbd19121a8f715) whose coolcv.txt names v0.6.2 of Nov 27 2015. The binary is the only reference read here. The three system ROMs are compiled into the binary as .data objects and no code path opens a ROM file for them. coleco_bios at 0x562e0 (8192 bytes, md5 2c66f5911e5b42b8ebe113403548eee7) is the ColecoVision OS7 BIOS, eos_rom at 0x582e0 (8192 bytes, md5 01df3140909f09aa9aac4f88890f676c) is the Adam EOS and wp_rom at 0x5a2e0 (32768 bytes, md5 4fe4f6800076ea3d897d4285653447bd) is the Adam SmartWriter. The changelog in coolcv.txt records the change in v0.3 ("Now coleco.rom is integrated"), and the string table carries no BIOS file name. Every other file is user content or written by the emulator: cartridges (.rom, .col, .bin, or a .zip holding one, through the bundled minizip), Adam .dsk and .ddp images, coolcv_mapping.txt created on the first run, /var/tmp/coolcv_snapshot.bin for snapshots, the cartridge EEPROM save named by eeprom_filename, and video%03d.avi, audio%03d.wav and image%03d.png captures. files: []
