commercially except of files that explicitly allowed for that by their licenses.

This repository contains resources are licensed differently. The rest of
|
|
resources (such as graphics, music, sound effects, characters etc.) CAN'T BE
|
|
USED outside this project, and can't be used outside of any other project
|
|
maintained by Talkhaus community members without permission of original authors
|
|
of every individual resource. Below you can find the list of files are can be
|
|
used differently.

Characters and the A2XT universe (Demo, Iris, Kood, Raocow, Iris and others) are
|
|
property of Samuel Tanguay "raocow". By default, you can't use these characters
|
|
and related stuff outside this, and outside any other projects by Talkhaus
|
|
community without given permissions.

|

The major part of graphics from the "SMBX Redrawn" package was given

by SilverDeoxys563 for everyone's free use in their projects.

These resources can be fairly used for any purposes in condition of giving

|
credits to SilverDeoxys563 who originally made these graphics. Additional
|
|
permissions must be discussed with SilverDeoxys563 who is the original author.
|
|
|
|
- All resources at the "graphics/ui/" directory (except of: Heart1.png,
|
|
Heart2.png, Interface0.png, Interface2.png, Interface3.png, LoadCoin.png,
|
|
LoadCoin.png, Container0.png, Container1.png, Container2.png, TextBox.png which
|
|
are owned by Talkhaus) are relased under MIT license by Andrew Spinks or created
|
|
by Wohlstand.

- Resources at the "graphics/touchscreen" directory made by Wohlstand, ZeZeinzer
|
|
and 0lhi. They are licensed under MIT.
