The collection DAT held the one path per content the database keeps, so auditing bios/ with it read 2,502 copies (RPG Maker, engine trees, dumps filed under two consoles) as unknown files. It now lists every path under bios/ that holds a file, 22,028 roms for the 22,031 files on disk, the other three being .gitkeep placeholders.
