Abdessamad Derraz 443aab68b7 fix: name an untracked bios file as uncommitted ...

The release-source check called any uncommitted repo_path gitignored,
pointing at the release assets instead of a missing commit, and its
skip outside a checkout could not fire. It now asks git which paths are
ignored, and a new check requires bios/ to hold no untracked file.
