Abdessamad Derraz 47d9e1d629 fix: tag US PlayStation images latin-america too ...

Entertainment America, and DuckStation, SwanStation and Beetle PSX
also for a disc whose region they cannot read. Tagged north-america
alone, a --region brazil,jp pack withdrew those images.
