Abdessamad Derraz 28435230a7 fix: read each named core's own entry in recalbox
An element's mandatory flag came from the one truth entry its md5 paired
with. saturn/saturn_bios.bin names yabause, yabasanshiro and kronos,
which require it, and was paired with the beetle_saturn entry, which
does not. Each named core's entries for the file, found by name, now
decide, except a namesake elsewhere in the same tree (bluemsx KANJI.rom
under Shared Roms is not the one under MSX2+ - European).

"""Exporter for Recalbox's es_bios.xml.
The file is validated by es_bios.xsd, which makes path, md5 and core
required on every bios element. An entry we cannot give all three to is not
written: Recalbox would reject the file whole.
mandatory and hashMatchMandatory are separate axes. Recalbox reads a missing
attribute as true for both, so each is written only when it is false, or
when the platform stated it explicitly.
