Abdessamad Derraz 6ee29ad3de fix: give standalone runs a writable BIOS folder ...

PCSX2 writes its NVRAM and MEC files beside the BIOS and reported an error on the read-only folder, and both emulators opened an error dialog over the screen for want of a sound device. The BIOS folder is now writable and staged again for each repetition, and both use the null audio backend.
