Abdessamad Derraz f3586001ab fix: fail freshness on unknown, name the refresher ...

check_freshness exited 0 when no upstream answered. An unknown row now
holds the exit code, and a profile skipped by nature is reported skipped
so it does not hold it forever. --only names the valid areas, a stale
native row names its platform, and the summary names refresh_stale.py.
