feat: add the aleck64 bios root to advancemame

Upstream registered the Aleck64 PIF BIOS as a NOT_A_DRIVER set at src/drivers/aleck64.c:776, loading pifdata.bin. The pin moves from the force-pushed dcf44cc to 8167047.
