Abdessamad Derraz ccc8af7a47 fix: compare a card's BIOS folder by folders
--dest NOTMUOS/bios ended with MUOS/bios as text and passed as a muOS
card's folder. A card two systems claim now says so in one line, and
the system named among them decides the folder.

# One-line bootstrap and local wrapper. The downloaded installer is accepted
# only when it matches the SHA-256 embedded in this wrapper.
# Everything runs in a script block of its own: piped into iex, the script
# would otherwise leave its variables and $ErrorActionPreference = "Stop"
# in the user's session, where every later error would stop their commands.
# Neither the script nor the block declares a parameter: one [Parameter()]
# attribute makes it an advanced one, whose common parameters took -v
# (-Verbose), -vb, -d (-Debug) and -ea before install.py could see them.
