Arcade sessions now pick the board BIOS per game (FindArcadeBiosFor, BiosTools.cpp:331-419), naming a third board, Sony COH-H A-000-010. Adds the RAISR upscaler filters and the bundled Conquest card. Shipped hashes follow the 2.9 APK and AppImage; the libretro patches.zip hash is dropped, the build fetches the latest release.
