chore: advance eka2l1 standalone pin to cd7041f

16 upstream commits (MIDI, Avkon message queries, guest screen mode, iOS card mount flags). Android, iOS and Qt citations moved by one to three lines; firmware and ROM loading unchanged. The libretro branch is still at e39ccac.
